1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to 10 National Record ("10nr", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website 10nr.com, services, and applications.

By accessing or using 10nr, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use 10nr, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (users under 18 require parental consent)

• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under Indian law or any other applicable jurisdiction

3. Account Registration and Security

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Not sharing your account credentials with others

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

4. User Roles and Permissions

10nr has different user roles with varying permissions:

Role upgrades may be requested and are subject to verification and approval.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 You Agree NOT To:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content without permission
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Scrape, data mine, or automatically extract content without permission
• Interfere with the Platform's security or integrity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Post content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Post obscene, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Manipulate scores, results, or competition data
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions

5.2 Content Standards

All content posted on 10nr must comply with our community standards. Content that violates these standards will be removed, and repeat offenders may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Your Content Rights

You retain ownership of content you post on 10nr (articles, comments, reviews, photos, videos). However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

6.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to post the content
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

6.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, review, edit, or remove any user content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

7. E-commerce and Transactions

7.1 Shop Purchases

When you purchase products from our shop, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the specified amount. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Event Registrations

Event registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. You are responsible for ensuring you meet all eligibility requirements for events you register for.

7.3 Custom Orders

Custom printed products (jerseys, targets, etc.) cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started. Please review your customizations carefully before placing orders.

7.4 Refunds and Returns

Standard products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Defective products will be replaced free of charge. Contact support@10nr.com for return requests.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Platform Content

All content on 10nr (excluding user-generated content) including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of 10 National Record or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Trademarks

"10nr", "10 National Record", and our logo are trademarks. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

8.3 DMCA and Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please contact us at legal@10nr.com with details of the alleged infringement.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 "As Is" Basis

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that competition scores, event information, or other content is accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Users should verify critical information independently.

9.3 Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for user-generated content, third-party links, or content from shooting ranges, coaches, or other third parties on the Platform.

9.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10 National Record shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 10 National Record, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your content posted on the Platform

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of [City], India, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Platform after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
