How to Customize a Product
Browse Custom Products
Visit the Shop page and filter for customizable products, or look for the "Customize" badge on product listings.
Tip: Products with a ✨ Customizable badge can be personalized.
Click "Customize This Product"
On the product page, click the orange "Customize" button to open the customization tool.
Note: The customization tool will open with a live preview of your product. All changes you make will be visible in real-time.
Select Your Base Product
Choose the variant you want (size, color, style) before customizing.
For Jerseys:
- • Select size (refer to size chart)
- • Choose base color
- • Pick style (standard, professional, elite)
For Targets:
- • Select target type (10m, 25m, 50m)
- • Choose paper quality
- • Pick quantity (pack size)
Add Your Custom Text
Fill in the text fields with your personalization. Each product has different customization options.
Text Field Options
Name Field
Enter your name or athlete name (maximum 15 characters)
Number Field
Enter jersey number (1-999)
Club/Team Name
Enter club or team name (maximum 20 characters)
Character Limits: These limits ensure text fits properly on your product. Exceeding the limit will prevent you from proceeding.
Choose Colors
Select colors for each text element. Most products allow different colors for name, number, and other text.
Color Tips:
- • Ensure good contrast with base color
- • Dark text works best on light jerseys
- • Light text works best on dark jerseys
- • Preview shows how it will look

Important: Custom Products Cannot Be Cancelled
Once you place an order for a custom product, it cannot be cancelled or refunded because production begins immediately. Please review your customization carefully before ordering.

- • Trademarked terms without permission
- • Political or controversial statements
- • Violent or inappropriate imagery
Content Review: We reserve the right to reject or modify customizations that violate these guidelines. Inappropriate orders will be cancelled with a full refund.
Production & Delivery Timeline
Order Confirmation (Same Day)
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase with your customization details.
Production (7-10 Business Days)
Your custom product is manufactured according to your specifications. This cannot be rushed as each item is made individually.
Quality Check (1-2 Business Days)
Each product is inspected for quality, accuracy of customization, and proper printing before shipping.
Shipping & Delivery (5-7 Business Days)
Your order is shipped via trusted courier. You'll receive tracking information to monitor delivery.
Total Timeline: Expect 13-19 business days from order to delivery for custom products. Standard products ship within 2-3 days.
Common Questions
Can I edit my customization after ordering?
No. Once the order is placed, production begins immediately and customizations cannot be changed. Review carefully before ordering.
What if there's a mistake in my customization?
If we make an error in production, we'll remake it at no cost. If the error is in your entered text, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
That's why it's crucial to review the preview carefully before ordering!
Can I order multiple jerseys with different names?
Yes! Add each customized jersey to your cart separately. You can customize multiple items in one order, each with different text.
Do custom products cost more?
Yes, customization adds ₹300-500 to the base price depending on the product. The price shown in the customizer includes all customization fees.
Are there bulk discounts for team orders?
Yes! For orders of 10+ jerseys, contact us at bulk@10nr.com for special pricing and team customization options.
