How to Place an Order

Complete guide to shopping on 10NR. Learn how to browse products, add items to your cart, and complete your purchase securely.

Overview

Shopping on 10NR is simple and secure. Our shop offers shooting equipment, custom apparel, targets, and accessories specifically curated for ISSF and National Rifle shooting sports. This guide walks you through the entire ordering process from browsing to checkout.

Note: You don't need an account to browse products, but you must be logged in to add items to cart and complete a purchase. Create an account if you haven't already.

Step-by-Step Ordering Process

Browse the Shop

Click "Shop" in the main navigation menu to access our product catalog. You can browse all products or filter by category.

Product Categories

  • Equipment: Rifles, pistols, air guns, pellets, ammunition
  • Apparel: Shooting jackets, pants, gloves, shoes
  • Custom Products: Personalized jerseys, custom targets
  • Accessories: Bags, cases, cleaning kits, maintenance tools

Filter and Search Products

Use filters and search to find exactly what you need:

Search Bar

Type product name, brand, or keywords (e.g., "air rifle pellets", "shooting jacket")

Filter by Category

Select Equipment, Apparel, Accessories, or Custom Products

Filter by Price Range

Set minimum and maximum price to match your budget

Filter by Brand

Choose from top shooting sports brands

Sort Results

Sort by: Newest, Price (Low to High), Price (High to Low), Popularity, Best Rating

View Product Details

Click any product to see comprehensive details:

  • Product Images: Multiple high-resolution photos
  • Description: Detailed product information and features
  • Specifications: Technical details, dimensions, weight
  • Price: Current price, discounts, GST information
  • Availability: In stock or out of stock status
  • Reviews: Customer ratings and verified purchase reviews
  • Shipping Info: Estimated delivery time

Select Product Options

If the product has variants, select your preferences:

  • Size: Select clothing size (S, M, L, XL, etc.)
  • Color: Choose available color options
  • Caliber: For ammunition and pellets
  • Quantity: Enter number of items (check stock availability)
  • Customization: Add personalization for custom products

Add to Cart

Click the "Add to Cart" button. You'll see a confirmation message and the cart icon in the header will update with the item count.

Continue Shopping

Click "Continue Shopping" to browse more products. Your cart is saved automatically.

View Cart

Click "View Cart" or the cart icon in the header to review your items.

Review Your Cart

In your cart, you can:

  • Update Quantities: Change the number of each item
  • Remove Items: Delete products you no longer want
  • Save for Later: Move items to wishlist
  • Apply Coupon Code: Enter promotional codes for discounts
  • View Price Breakdown: Subtotal, shipping, taxes, total

Tip: Cart items are saved for 30 days. You can add items, close the browser, and come back later to complete your purchase.

Proceed to Checkout

When you're ready to purchase, click "Proceed to Checkout". You must be logged in at this point.

Enter Shipping Address

Provide or confirm your delivery address:

Required Information

  • • Full name
  • • Mobile number (for delivery updates)
  • • Complete address (flat/house no., building, street, area)
  • • Landmark (optional but recommended)
  • • City and State
  • • PIN code
  • • Address type (Home, Office, Other)

You can save multiple addresses and select different delivery addresses for future orders.

Important: Double-check your address carefully. Incorrect addresses may cause delivery delays or failed deliveries.

5-7 business days (metro cities)
7-10 business days (other locations)

Express Shipping

2-3 business days (metro cities)
3-5 business days (other locations)

Review Order Summary

Before payment, review your complete order:

  • Items: Product names, quantities, individual prices
  • Subtotal: Total price of all items
  • Shipping Charges: Delivery fee (or FREE)
  • Discount: Coupon or promotional discounts applied
  • GST (18%): Tax as per Indian regulations
  • Total Amount: Final payable amount

Complete Payment

Click "Place Order" to proceed to payment. Complete the payment using your selected method. Once payment is successful, you'll see an order confirmation screen.

Order Confirmation

After successful payment, you'll receive:

  • On-Screen Confirmation: Order number and summary
  • Confirmation Email: Complete order details and receipt
  • SMS Notification: Order confirmation with order ID
  • Dashboard Update: Order appears in "My Orders" section

Success! Your order has been placed. You can track its progress from your Dashboard → My Orders.

Guest Checkout (Not Available)

10NR requires you to create an account to place orders. This ensures:

  • Order tracking and history
  • Easy returns and refunds
  • Saved addresses for faster checkout
  • Wishlist and cart synchronization
  • Personalized recommendations
  • Exclusive member benefits and early access

Applying Coupon Codes

How to Use Coupons

  1. Add items to your cart
  2. Go to cart or checkout page
  3. Find the "Have a Coupon Code?" section
  4. Enter your coupon code exactly as provided
  5. Click "Apply"
  6. Discount will be reflected in the order summary

Where to Find Coupons

  • Welcome Email: New user discount code
  • Promotional Emails: Seasonal sales and special offers
  • Social Media: Exclusive codes on Instagram, Facebook
  • Banner Ads: Homepage promotional banners
  • Festive Sales: Diwali, New Year, Republic Day offers

Coupon Terms

  • • One coupon per order
  • • Cannot combine multiple coupons
  • • Check minimum order value requirements
  • • Some coupons valid only on specific categories
  • • Expiry dates apply - use before expiration
  • • Coupons are case-sensitive

Modifying or Cancelling Orders

Before Shipment

You can modify or cancel orders while they're still in "Processing" status:

  1. Go to Dashboard → My Orders
  2. Find the order you want to modify
  3. Click "Cancel Order" or "Modify Order"
  4. Select reason for cancellation/modification
  5. Confirm your request

After Shipment

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. However, you can:

  • Refuse delivery at your door
  • Initiate return after receiving the item (within return window)
  • Contact support for urgent issues

Custom Products Cannot Be Cancelled

Orders for custom/personalized products (jerseys, custom targets) cannot be cancelled or returned once production begins. Please review your customization carefully before placing the order.

Common Order Issues

❌ Cannot Add to Cart

"Add to Cart" button not working or grayed out.

✓ Solutions

  • • Log in to your account (cart requires login)
  • • Check if product is in stock
  • • Select required options (size, color, etc.) first
  • • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • • Try a different browser

❌ Coupon Code Not Working

Coupon code rejected or not applying discount.

✓ Solutions

  • • Check coupon expiry date
  • • Verify minimum order value requirement
  • • Ensure correct category (some coupons work only on specific items)
  • • Type code exactly as shown (case-sensitive)
  • • Remove any extra spaces before/after code
  • • Only one coupon per order allowed

❌ Item Out of Stock After Adding to Cart

Product shows out of stock at checkout but was available earlier.

✓ Solutions

  • • Stock is reserved only after payment completion
  • • Another customer may have purchased the last units
  • • Remove out-of-stock item to proceed with other items
  • • Click "Notify Me" to get email when item restocks
  • • Check alternative sizes/colors if available

❌ Payment Failed but Amount Deducted

Payment didn't go through but money was debited from account.

✓ Solutions

  • • Don't panic - this is temporary
  • • Amount will be auto-refunded within 5-7 business days
  • • Check email for payment status
  • • Don't retry payment immediately
  • • Contact support with transaction ID if no refund after 7 days
