Order Tracking

Track your orders from confirmation to delivery. Learn how to check order status, view tracking information, and manage your deliveries on 10NR.

Overview

Once you place an order on 10NR, you can track its progress every step of the way. From order confirmation to final delivery, our tracking system keeps you informed with real-time updates via email, SMS, and your dashboard.

Quick Access: Log in to your account and go to Dashboard → My Orders to view all your orders and their current status.

How to Track Your Orders

Access Your Dashboard

Log in to your 10NR account and click on "Dashboard" in the top navigation, or click your profile picture and select "My Dashboard."

Navigate to My Orders

In your dashboard sidebar, click "My Orders" to see a list of all your orders, sorted by date (most recent first).

View Order Details

Click on any order to view complete details including:

  • Order number and date
  • Items purchased with quantities
  • Current order status
  • Shipping address
  • Payment method and amount
  • Tracking number (when available)
  • Estimated delivery date

Track Shipment

Once your order is shipped, a "Track Shipment" button appears. Click it to see real-time tracking information including current location and expected delivery.

Order Status Explained

Your order progresses through several statuses from placement to delivery. Here's what each status means:

Order Confirmed

Your order has been received and payment confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with order number and details.

Typical Duration: Immediate after payment

Processing

We're preparing your order for shipment. Items are being picked from inventory, quality checked, and securely packaged.

Typical Duration: 1-2 business days

Custom Production (if applicable)

For custom products (jerseys, targets with personalization), your item is being manufactured according to your specifications.

Typical Duration: 13-19 business days

Shipped

Your order has been handed over to the courier. You'll receive tracking number via email and SMS. The "Track Shipment" button is now active.

Typical Duration: In transit - varies by location

Out for Delivery

Your package is with the delivery agent and will arrive today. Keep your phone handy as the delivery partner may call.

Typical Duration: Same day (usually within business hours)

Delivered

Order successfully delivered and received. You can now leave a product review to help other shooters.

Action: Verify items and report any issues within 48 hours

Cancelled

Order has been cancelled (by you or due to payment/availability issues). Refund processed according to our refund policy.

Refund Time: 5-7 business days to original payment method

Understanding Tracking Numbers

What is a Tracking Number?

A tracking number (also called AWB - Air Waybill or consignment number) is a unique identifier assigned to your shipment by the courier company. It allows you to track the exact location and status of your package in real-time.

When Do I Get a Tracking Number?

You receive your tracking number when your order status changes to "Shipped." The tracking number is sent via:

  • Email notification with tracking link
  • SMS to your registered mobile number
  • Updated order details in your dashboard

How to Use Your Tracking Number

Method 1: Through 10NR Dashboard (Easiest)

  1. Go to Dashboard → My Orders
  2. Click on the shipped order
  3. Click "Track Shipment" button
  4. View real-time tracking updates

Method 2: Directly on Courier Website

  1. Note the courier company name (provided in shipping notification)
  2. Visit the courier's tracking page
  3. Enter your tracking/AWB number
  4. View detailed tracking history

Note: Tracking information may take 6-12 hours to update after shipment. If tracking shows no updates initially, check again after a few hours.

Custom Products

Custom jerseys, personalized targets, and made-to-order items require additional production time:

  • Production Time: 13-19 business days
  • Shipping Time: Plus standard delivery time for your location
  • Total Time: 16-24 business days (metro) to 23-34 business days (remote)

Important: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, festivals, extreme weather, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We'll keep you updated if there are any delays.

Common Tracking & Delivery Issues

❌ Tracking Not Updated

Tracking number provided but no movement shown for 24+ hours.

✓ Solution

  • • Wait 24-48 hours after shipment for first tracking update
  • • Courier companies update tracking at their hubs (can take time)
  • • Check directly on courier website for latest updates
  • • Contact support if no updates after 48 hours

❌ Delivery Attempted but I Was Home

Tracking shows "delivery attempted" but no one came to my address.

✓ Solution

  • • Check if delivery agent left a note/slip at your door
  • • Verify your address and phone number are correct
  • • Call the courier company directly using tracking number
  • • Request re-delivery for next business day
  • • Update delivery instructions if needed

❌ Package Stuck at Same Location

Tracking shows package at same hub/location for several days.

✓ Solution

  • • This can happen during sorting or during weekends/holidays
  • • Wait 2-3 business days before raising concern
  • • Check if there are any regional holidays or strikes
  • • Contact courier company if stuck beyond 3 days
  • • We'll escalate with courier on your behalf if needed

❌ Delivery Past Estimated Date

Package not delivered by the estimated delivery date.

✓ Solution

  • • Estimated dates are approximate, not guaranteed
  • • Check tracking for current status and location
  • • Allow 2-3 extra days beyond estimate before raising issue
  • • Contact support if significantly delayed (5+ days past estimate)
  • • We'll investigate and provide updated timeline

❌ Package Delivered but Not Received

Tracking shows "delivered" but I haven't received the package.

✓ Solution

  • • Check with family members/neighbors/security
  • • Look around your delivery address (safe drop locations)
  • • Check if someone else signed for delivery (tracking shows name)
  • • Contact courier immediately with tracking number
  • • Report to 10NR support within 24 hours - we'll investigate
  • • File complaint with courier company

❌ Damaged Package Received

Package arrived but is damaged, opened, or items are broken.

✓ Solution

  • • Take photos/videos of damaged packaging and items immediately
  • • DO NOT throw away packaging - needed for claim
  • • Report to 10NR support within 48 hours with photos
  • • Mention in delivery receipt if possible (before signing)
  • • We'll arrange replacement or refund after verification

Changing Delivery Address

Before Shipment

If your order status is still "Processing" or "Confirmed," you can update your delivery address:

  1. Go to Dashboard → My Orders
  2. Click on the order
  3. Click "Edit Address" button
  4. Enter new shipping address
  5. Confirm changes

After Shipment

Once the order is shipped, address changes are limited:

  • Contact our support team immediately with order number and new address
  • We'll attempt to redirect with courier (not always possible)
  • If in same city/area: Usually possible with courier approval
  • If different city: Package may need to be returned and reshipped (additional charges apply)
  • Once "Out for Delivery": Address change not possible

Important

Always verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Address changes after shipment are not guaranteed and may incur additional costs.

Smooth Delivery Tips

✓ Provide Complete Address

Include flat/house number, building name, landmark, street name, area, and pincode. The more detailed, the faster the delivery.

✓ Keep Phone Handy

Delivery agents will call when they're nearby. Ensure your phone is reachable during business hours, especially when tracking shows "Out for Delivery."

✓ Add Delivery Instructions

Use the "Delivery Instructions" field during checkout to mention gate codes, best time to deliver, alternate contact numbers, or preferred drop location.

✓ Track Regularly

Check tracking updates daily once shipped. This helps you know when to expect delivery and plan accordingly.

✓ Verify Before Accepting

Check package for damage before signing delivery receipt. If box is damaged, open and verify contents before accepting. Note damages on receipt if any.

✓ Report Issues Quickly

Report any delivery issues (missing items, damage, wrong items) within 48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution.
