Our Return Policy
At 10NR, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a flexible return policy for most products, allowing you to shop with confidence. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within the specified timeframe.
Easy Returns: Most products can be returned within 7-14 days of delivery with a full refund or replacement.

Custom jerseys, personalized targets, and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there's a manufacturing defect or we sent the wrong item.

Rifles, pistols, pellets, ammunition, bags, cases, cleaning kits (unused, in original packaging)

Shooting jackets, pants, gloves, shoes (unworn, tags attached, in original packaging)

Standard targets, score sheets (unused, undamaged packaging)
✓ Safety Gear
Ear protection, shooting glasses (unused, hygienic seal intact)
Products You CANNOT Return
✗ Custom/Personalized Products
Custom jerseys, personalized targets, engraved items
✗ Used Ammunition & Pellets
Opened boxes of pellets or ammunition (safety reasons)
✗ Used Safety Gear
Ear plugs, safety glasses with broken hygiene seals
✗ Sale/Clearance Items
Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" (specified on product page)
✗ Damaged Due to Misuse
Products damaged by customer misuse, improper storage, or negligence
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, products must meet ALL of these conditions:
📦 Original Packaging
Product must be in original box/packaging with all tags, labels, and protective materials intact.
🏷️ Tags & Labels
All original tags, labels, and barcodes must be attached and undamaged.
🆕 Unused Condition
Product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
📝 Complete Accessories
All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and freebies must be included.
📋 Original Invoice
Include the invoice/packing slip that came with your order.
⏰ Within Return Window
Return request must be initiated within the applicable return period.
Important: Returns that don't meet these conditions will be rejected and shipped back to you at your expense.
How to Return a Product
Go to My Orders
Log in to your account and navigate to Dashboard → My Orders. Find the order containing the item you want to return.
Click "Return Item"
Click on the order, then click the "Return Item" button next to the product you want to return.
Note: The "Return Item" button only appears if the order is within the return window and eligible for returns.
Select Return Reason
Choose the reason for return from the dropdown:
- Wrong item received
- Defective/damaged product
- Size doesn't fit
- Quality not as expected
- Changed mind
- Other (please specify)
Provide additional details in the comments box to help us improve our service.
Choose Refund or Replacement
Select your preference:
💰 Refund
Get your money back to the original payment method
🔄 Replacement
Receive a new unit of the same product (if available)
Upload Photos (If Damaged/Defective)
If reporting damage or defect, upload clear photos showing:
- The damaged/defective part
- Product label/serial number
- Original packaging (if damaged)
- Overall product condition
Photos help us verify the issue and process your return faster.
Submit Return Request
Review all details and click "Submit Return Request". You'll receive a confirmation email with your return request number.
Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email when:
- Approved: Pickup will be scheduled (or return shipping label sent)
- Need More Info: We may request additional details or photos
- Rejected: Reason for rejection and next steps provided
Package the Product
Once approved, carefully package the item:
- Use the original product packaging if available
- Include all accessories, tags, and invoice
- Pack securely to prevent damage in transit
- Seal the package properly
Hand Over to Courier
We offer two return shipping options:
📦 Free Pickup (Recommended)
Our courier partner will pick up from your address (scheduled within 2-3 business days)
📮 Self-Ship
Use our prepaid return label to ship via any courier (label sent via email)
Track Return Status
Monitor your return progress in Dashboard → My Orders → Return Status:
- Pickup Scheduled: Courier will collect package
- In Transit: Package on the way to our warehouse
- Received: We've received the returned item
- Under Inspection: Quality check in progress
- Approved: Refund/replacement processing
- Completed: Refund issued or replacement shipped

Step 2: Refund Initiation
1 business dayOnce approved, we initiate the refund to your original payment method.
Step 3: Bank Processing
5-7 business daysYour bank/payment provider processes the refund to your account.
Total Refund Time: 7-11 business days from quality check completion
This includes our processing time + bank processing time. You'll receive email notifications at each stage.

Replacement Process
If you chose replacement instead of refund:
- Same return pickup/shipping process as refunds
- Quality check performed on returned item (2-3 days)
- Once approved, replacement item shipped immediately
- You'll receive tracking details via email/SMS
- Replacement delivery within 5-7 business days
Out of Stock?
If the replacement product is out of stock, we'll contact you to offer: (1) Wait for restock, (2) Choose similar alternative, or (3) Refund instead.
Replacement Shipping
- Free Shipping: Replacements are shipped at no additional cost
- Express Option: Available for ₹99 if you need faster delivery
- Same Quality: Replacement items undergo strict quality control
Size/Color Exchange
For apparel items where you want a different size or color:
Easy Exchange Process:
- 1. Select "Exchange" when initiating return
- 2. Choose desired size/color
- 3. No additional payment if same price
- 4. If price difference exists, pay/receive refund accordingly
- 5. Both items shipped simultaneously (you send old, we send new)
Exchange Eligibility
- Product must be unworn with tags attached
- Exchange must be within 14 days of delivery
- Desired size/color must be in stock
- Only one exchange per item allowed
Rejected Returns
Returns may be rejected if:

- • Product used, worn, or damaged by customer
- • Tags removed or damaged
- • Original packaging missing or destroyed
- • Accessories or parts missing
❌ Policy Violations
- • Return window expired
- • Product category not eligible for returns
- • Custom/personalized items without defect
- • Final sale/clearance items
❌ Verification Issues
- • Cannot verify original purchase
- • Product serial number doesn't match
- • Suspected fraud or abuse of return policy
What Happens to Rejected Returns?
If your return is rejected after inspection, the product will be shipped back to you at your expense. You'll receive notification with the reason for rejection and shipping charges.
Common Return Issues
❌ "Return Item" Button Not Visible
Cannot find the option to return item in my orders.
✓ Solutions
- • Return window may have expired (check delivery date)
- • Product category may not be eligible for returns
- • Custom/personalized items cannot be returned
- • Order may still be in transit (wait for delivery)
- • Contact support if you believe this is an error
❌ Refund Not Received
Return approved but refund not credited to account.
✓ Solutions
- • Check return status in My Orders for current stage
- • Refunds take 7-11 business days total
- • Check bank account/card statement (may appear as pending)
- • Contact your bank if 11+ days passed since refund initiation
- • Contact 10NR support with order and return request number
❌ Pickup Not Scheduled
Return approved but courier hasn't contacted for pickup.
✓ Solutions
- • Pickup scheduled within 2-3 business days of approval
- • Courier will call before pickup - ensure phone is reachable
- • Check return status for pickup date
- • You can reschedule pickup if initial date doesn't work
- • Contact support if no pickup after 3 days
