How to Pay with UPI
- Select UPI as your payment method during checkout
- Choose your preferred method:
- UPI ID: Enter your UPI ID (e.g., yourname@paytm)
- QR Code: Scan the displayed QR code with any UPI app
- App Intent: Select your UPI app from the list
- Authenticate: Enter your UPI PIN or use biometric authentication
- Confirmation: Receive instant payment confirmation
Pro Tip: Save your UPI ID in your 10NR profile for even faster checkout. Your UPI ID will be auto-filled for future transactions.

How to Pay with Card
- Select Card Payment during checkout
- Enter Card Details:
- 16-digit card number
- Cardholder name (as on card)
- Expiry date (MM/YY)
- CVV (3-digit code on back, 4-digit for Amex)
- Verify with OTP: Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number
- 3D Secure Authentication: Complete additional bank verification if prompted
- Confirmation: Receive payment confirmation within seconds
Save Cards for Future Use
You can securely save your cards for faster checkout in the future. When you save a card:
- Only last 4 digits and card type are stored on 10NR
- Full card details are tokenized and stored securely by payment gateway
- You'll still need to enter CVV for each transaction (security requirement)
- You can manage and delete saved cards from your profile settings
Card Payment Limits
- Minimum: ₹10
- Maximum: ₹2,00,000 per transaction (or card limit, whichever is lower)
- Processing Time: Instant (5-30 seconds)
- Refund Time: 5-7 business days to original card

🏦 Net Banking
Pay directly from your bank account using internet banking. All major Indian banks are supported.

How to Pay with Net Banking
- Select Net Banking as payment method
- Choose Your Bank from the dropdown list
- Redirect to Bank: You'll be redirected to your bank's secure login page
- Login: Enter your net banking credentials (username & password)
- Authorize Payment: Confirm the transaction with OTP or security token
- Return to 10NR: You'll be redirected back with payment confirmation

- Active net banking account with your bank
- Net banking credentials (user ID and password)
- Registered mobile number for OTP verification
- Sufficient balance in your account
- Transaction password or security token (bank-specific)
Net Banking Limits
- Transaction Limit: As per your bank's net banking limit (varies by bank)
- Processing Time: 30 seconds to 2 minutes
- Refund Time: 5-7 business days to original account
Tip: Keep your net banking credentials handy before starting the payment. The bank session typically times out after 5-10 minutes of inactivity.

📊 EMI (Equated Monthly Installments)
Convert high-value purchases into easy monthly installments. EMI available on credit cards and some debit cards.
EMI Eligibility
- Minimum Amount: ₹5,000 per transaction
- Eligible Cards: Credit cards from most banks, select debit cards
- Tenure Options: 3, 6, 9, or 12 months
- Interest Rates: 12-18% annually (varies by bank and tenure)
How EMI Works
- Add items worth ₹5,000 or more to cart
- Select "EMI" as payment method during checkout
- Choose your card and preferred tenure
- View EMI breakdown and monthly installment amount
- Complete payment - first EMI charged immediately
- Subsequent EMIs auto-charged monthly on your card
No-Cost EMI Available: On select products during promotional periods, 10NR absorbs the interest cost, making it truly interest-free for you!
EMI Cancellation & Refunds
If you cancel an order paid via EMI:
- Full refund processed to your card within 7-10 business days
- Interest charged (if any) will also be refunded
- EMI auto-cancels after refund is processed
- Contact your bank if EMI continues after refund

❌ Payment Stuck/Pending
Payment status shows "Pending" or "Processing" for extended time.

- • Wait 30 minutes - most pending payments resolve automatically
- • Check your bank account/card statement for deduction
- • Check email for payment confirmation
- • Don't retry payment immediately to avoid duplicate charges
- • Contact support with transaction ID if stuck beyond 2 hours
❌ Amount Deducted but Order Failed
Money debited from account but order not confirmed.
✓ Solutions
- • Don't worry - this is temporary
- • Amount will be auto-refunded within 5-7 business days
- • Check your email for payment status
- • Check Dashboard for order confirmation
- • Contact support with transaction ID and bank reference number
❌ OTP Not Received
Waiting for OTP but SMS not received.

- • Wait 2-3 minutes - OTP delivery can be delayed
- • Check if mobile number linked to card/bank is correct
- • Request OTP resend (option available on payment page)
- • Check SMS inbox and spam folder
- • Ensure good mobile network signal
