We cannot deliver to:

  • Military Restricted Areas: Certain border regions and military zones
  • PO Box Addresses: We require physical delivery addresses
  • International: Currently, we ship within India only
  • Unserviceable PIN Codes: Some remote areas not covered by courier partners

Insurance Coverage

All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit:

  • Standard Items: Insured up to full order value
  • High-Value Items: Additional insurance for orders above ₹25,000
  • Custom Products: Full replacement value coverage

Damage During Shipping: If your package arrives damaged, don't worry! Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Delivery Process

What to Expect on Delivery Day

  1. Delivery Notification: You'll receive SMS/call when package is out for delivery
  2. Delivery Attempt: Delivery agent will come to your address during business hours (10 AM - 7 PM)
  3. Identity Verification: Agent may ask for ID proof for high-value items
  4. Package Inspection: Check the package for external damage before accepting
  5. Signature Required: Sign delivery receipt after inspection
  6. OTP Verification: For COD orders, OTP verification may be required

Open Box Delivery (Optional):

For certain high-value items, you can request to open and inspect the package before accepting delivery. Mention this in delivery instructions during checkout.

If You're Not Home

  • Delivery Note: Agent will leave a note with contact details
  • Re-Delivery: Automatic re-attempt next business day
  • Reschedule: Call the number on delivery note to reschedule
  • Alternative Person: Authorize someone else to receive (provide name in delivery instructions)
  • Nearby Collection: Some couriers offer pickup from their office

  3. 3. Enter tracking/AWB number

  • • Add alternative contact number in delivery instructions
  • • Agent will attempt re-delivery next business day

❌ Package Damaged in Transit

Box arrived damaged or product inside is broken.

  • • Take photos/videos before opening if box is visibly damaged
  • • Mention damage in delivery receipt before signing
  • • Report to 10NR support within 48 hours with photos
  • • We'll arrange free replacement or full refund
  • • Keep all packaging for inspection if required

❌ Wrong Item Delivered

Received a different product than what was ordered.

  • • Don't worry - this is rare but we'll fix it immediately
  • • Contact support with order number and photos of wrong item
  • • Keep item in original packaging, unused
  • • We'll arrange free pickup and send correct item
